Do you have a show home?
Our latest show home located on 543 Borman Road in Flagstaff. The house is well designed and stocked with the latest houseware and brouchers for you to choose from for your new house.
Are you Licensed Building Practitioners?
Yes! Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP) are building practitioners who have been assessed as competent to carry out building work essential to the structure or weathertightness of residential buildings. Being a Licensed Practitioner means we are qualified in our skills and knowledge.
How long will it take to build our home?
Generally, allow approximately 12 weeks from the time the consent is finalised to the completion of your new home. A detailed project schedule is proposed before we start, and combined with our end-to-end project management system and quality check, we can complete our work on time.
Does the house have warranty?
Absolutely! As a Member of the Registered Master Builders Association we offer a 10-year Master Builders Guarantee on the houses we build to protect your investment. On top of that we provide a 1-year maintenance guarantee to all of our new homes.
How do you control your quality?
Firstly, we have licensed builders on site to guide and monitor the building process. Secondly, our project manager will come on site regularly to do the quality checks and inspections. Thirdly, we purchase materials from reputable suppliers such as Placemakers, Bunnings, Mitre10 etc and ensure our subcontractors are qualified and perform good work. Nevertheless, we also invite our clients come on site and do a walk through to ensure all works are being completed as the wish.
How do I track the progress of the project?
Our goal is to provide every client a joyful journey. With 8 Great Homes you will never be in the dark. We help you track and manage everything from day one to the dead line. We will update regularly with reports and organise meetings to keep you well informed so that you know what’s going on. This ensures everyone is on the same page.
When do I get to check out the progress in person?
Collaboration and communication are important, on average, every three to four weeks we invite you for a walk through where you can see everything as it is happening and we can make sure you are happy with the progress.
What happens when the build is complete?
We will have the Code of Compliance applied, and the 10-year masters build warranty and 1-year maintenance warranty will be issued to you. Keys and appliance instructions with the warranties will be handed to you too. We will also do a final walk though with you, answering questions and fix any issues if there are any.
